As a certified eating disorder dietitian and consultant, I approach clients using a non-diet and individualistic modality, I also incorporate acknowledgment of physiological, psychological, and behavioral components that may be impacting your relationship with food.
In my practice, I incorporate principles of mindfulness, Intuitive Eating, and weight inclusivity when working with clients on an individual basis.
Reaching out can evoke many emotions. I believe it is my job to collaboratively help you heal your relationship with food in a space that is free of judgment.
Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder or experiencing disordered eating patterns or trying to make sense of the pervasive food, weight, and body cultural messages in the media, I would like to help you on your journey. I believe that by working together, you gain a sense of empowerment and learn to sustainably nourish your mind, body and soul.
